We currently deliver to the United States [(all 50 states)] and the United Kingdom [(Great Britain and Northern Ireland)]. [We cannot deliver to PO boxes or to US territories.]
Your order is prepared within [1 to 2] business days. Delivery then usually takes 5 to 10 [business] days in the US and the UK. As soon as your parcel leaves [our warehouse], you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
During busy periods, these times may be slightly longer. You can follow your parcel at any time with the tracking link in your email [or on the "Track your order" page of the Site].
Your pillow travels compressed: once you unwrap it, give it 24 to 48 hours to puff back up to its full height.
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Please check your delivery address before you confirm your order. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away, and we'll do our best to fix it before your parcel ships.
If your parcel has not arrived within [20] business days after we ship it, or if it arrives damaged, email us at contact@kidream.com (with a photo if it is damaged). We'll send you a new order or refund you in full.
