The size for ages 1 to 3
- At this age, a low, gentle height is all they need.
- A slim 2 to 4 cm profile keeps things comfortably low.
- A grown-up pillow is simply too tall for a toddler.

The Kidream Pillow
Three sizes, one for every age: 1-3, 3-8 or 8-14 years. Just pick your child's age.
A gentle dip cradles the head, and a raised edge fills the space around the neck.
Choose from three heights, for kids aged 1 to 14. Never too high, never too flat.
Sized to fit a child's neck and shoulders, rather than a shrunk-down adult pillow.
Try it in your child's own bed. If it's not the right fit, we'll take it back.

🧵 What's inside
🔎 Sizes and materials
Choose from three heights: 2 to 4 cm (ages 1 to 3), 4 to 6 cm (ages 3 to 8) and 6 to 9 cm (ages 8 to 14). The core is made of hollow TPE tubes with a soft wadding fill. The cover is an airy open-knit cotton mesh, with a hidden zip that slips off in a single pull.
🫧 Keeping it fresh
Pop the cover in the machine at 30°C. The inner core stays out of the wash: just wipe it with a damp cloth and let it air dry, away from heat. Put it back together once both parts are completely dry.
✨ Why kids love it
🧸 Made for little sleepers
A child's head is lighter than an adult's, and their shoulder sits closer to the neck. An adult pillow is often too flat or too thick for them. This one is shaped instead of flat: a ridge under the neck, a soft cradle for the head, and raised sides that fill the space at the shoulder. It's designed to keep the head comfortably centered, whichever way they turn. It is a pillow, not a medical device.
📏 Why the right size matters
A pillow built for adults fits an adult's head and shoulders, not a child's. On a small body it can feel too high or too flat, and that makes bedtime less comfortable. That's why Kidream comes in three heights, matched to age. We don't make medical promises: we simply made a pillow that fits kids better.
🌟 Getting started
Lay it flat with the wings facing up and let them nestle their head into the middle dip. That's all: just pick the size that matches their age.
📐 Find your size
🧩 Between two sizes? Go for the taller one
Say they're 3, or 8, and you're wondering which size. Choose the taller one: a child grows into a height, but never back down into a lower one. At 3, that usually means the 3 to 8, unless they're small for their age or have only just left the cot. At 8, go for the 8 to 14, unless they're on the slim side. See every measurement in our size guide.
🧢 What about older kids?
Our tallest height (6 to 9 cm) covers kids up to 14 years. Beyond that, or if they're close to adult height, a children's pillow is no longer the right fit. We'd rather tell you honestly than sell you the wrong pillow.
🚚 Shipping, swaps and peace of mind
📦 Shipping and delivery
Orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 days in the US and the UK. Shipping is free on every order.
The pillow arrives compressed: unwrap it and give it 24 to 48 hours to puff back up to its full height.
🌜 30 nights to try it at home
Try it at home for 30 nights, starting the day it arrives. Give it at least 10 nights before deciding: kids often need a few nights to get used to a new pillow.
Wrong height, and never slept on? We arrange the swap and cover the cost. Prefer a refund? You get the full price back if it's unused and can be resold, 25% if it has been used, and nothing if it comes back stained, washed or damaged.

How old is your child?
Good to know before you buy
Kids spend long nights with their head resting in the same spot.
When a pillow is too soft, too flat or too tall for a small head and shoulders, it simply isn't comfy. That's why size and shape matter.
Why it feels off
Too tall. It can feel bulky under a small head and narrow shoulders.
Too soft. The head sinks in, which makes it harder to get comfy.
Too large. A small frame never fills it, so the feel is uneven.
Not made for kids. Adult pillows are designed around adult heads and shoulders.
What we designed for
A cozy cradle. The central dip welcomes the head, at a height that suits their age.
No gap at the neck. The ridge fills the space under the neck for a snug, comfy fit.
Keeps its shape. The fill gives, then springs back, so it stays comfy as they move.
Made to fit. Three heights, from 1 to 14 years. Just pick the one that matches their age.
Good to know. A pillow is not a medical device. If you have any concern about your child's sleep or breathing, talk to your doctor.
Inside every Kidream
Every detail is designed with one goal: a pillow that feels just right for kids.
A gentle dip cradles the head, with a soft ridge under the neck for a snug, comfy fit.
A breathable build lets air move through the pillow, so it stays pleasantly fresh.
A soft cover that feels gentle against the cheek, night after night.
Made for children aged 1 to 14, not an adult pillow cut down. Three heights match every age.
The cover zips off and goes in the wash at 30°C. Ready again in no time.
On their back, side or tummy, the raised sides help it keep its shape as they turn.
Still wondering? Here's what parents ask us
How can a simple pillow influence your child's breathing and facial development?
The position of your child’s head while sleeping can affect how they breathe. A pillow that’s too high can tilt the head forward and reduce space in the airway, which may encourage mouth breathing.
Kidream is designed specifically for children’s anatomy, helping keep the head and neck in a more neutral, comfortable position. Better sleep posture can support nasal breathing, which also plays an important role in the normal development of the jaw and palate as your child grows.

Inside the Pillow
Will my child actually use it?
For most children, yes. There are no straps, tapes, or special exercises involved. Kidream is simply a comfortable pillow designed to naturally support your child in a better sleeping position.
Most children adjust to it within just a few nights without even noticing the change. For them, it simply feels like sleeping on a comfortable pillow.
My child moves a lot at night. Will it still work?
Yes, that’s exactly what Kidream is designed for. The pillow maintains its shape and gently guides your child’s head back into a more natural position, while keeping the neck comfortably supported—even if they move around during the night.
Is this pillow safe for my child?
Yes. Kidream has been independently laboratory tested to meet European EN 71 safety standards. Testing covers physical and material safety (EN 71-1), flammability (EN 71-2), and chemical safety to ensure restricted harmful substances are not present (EN 71-3).
The product is CE marked, and the corresponding certificate is available to view on this page.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Kidream can be machine washed at 30°C (86°F). Let it air dry naturally and avoid tumble drying or ironing to help preserve its shape, softness, and comfort over time.
Where is the pillow made?
Kidream is developed to our own specifications and produced by a trusted manufacturing partner experienced in children’s pillows. Quality checks are carried out throughout production, with every pillow individually inspected before it leaves the facility.
The materials are tested for safety and comply with EN 71-3 requirements regarding restricted harmful substances. Kidream is also CE marked, and the relevant compliance certificate can be viewed on this page.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes around 5 business days.

My 5-year-old used to put his arm underneath his pillow to lift it higher. With Kidream, he hardly does it anymore. I’m not sure whether it’s the shape or the height, but he seems to have found a comfortable position on his own.

My daughter’s first reaction was, “Why is it shaped like that?” Two days later, she had completely forgotten about it. She sleeps on it every night now.

I expected it to feel quite firm because of the shape, but it really doesn’t. It gives good support while still feeling soft and comfortable when you press on it. My 8-year-old got used to it very quickly.

What I like most is that it actually feels like a pillow designed for a child. Looking at her old pillow next to this one, I honestly wonder why I had her sleeping on an adult-sized pillow for so long.
Lauren B.
July 3, 2026
My daughter often woke up with her head right at the bottom edge of her pillow. With Kidream, she seems to naturally settle closer to the center. That was the main thing I was hoping for.

Bought this for my 4-year-old when he moved into his “big boy bed.” I wanted to get him a proper pillow at the same time, and he was completely comfortable with this one within the first week.

I thought my son would immediately notice the difference from his old pillow. Not at all. I put it on his bed, he lay down on it and didn’t ask a single question. Turns out I was the one worrying for nothing.

August 14, 2026
My daughter sleeps on her side quite a lot, so that was my biggest concern before ordering. After a month, she still changes positions throughout the night just like before and seems very comfortable on it.
Megan H.
June 21, 2026
I bought it after noticing that my son was constantly folding his big pillow in half. Kidream is much lower and he doesn’t seem to need to fold or bunch it up during the night anymore.
Ryan B.
July 7, 2026
Really happy with the fabric. My daughter gets a sweaty head quite easily, especially when her room is warm, and this pillow seems much less stuffy than the one she had before.
Sarah W.

My husband thought it was a little expensive “for a kid’s pillow.” Once it arrived and we compared it with the one we had been using, he understood the difference. The quality and finish are really nice.

August 10, 2026
My son wanted his old pillow back on the first night. I left both of them on his bed for a few days and eventually he started choosing Kidream by himself. That ended up being the easiest way for us to make the switch.
Rachel D.
July 22, 2026
I mainly wanted something that didn’t look enormous in a child’s bed. This takes up much less space and the height looks far more natural for my 6-year-old daughter.
Matthew C.
May 31, 2026
After several weeks, the pillow still hasn’t lost its shape, despite my son sitting on it every morning while he reads. I’m already counting that as a small victory.
Chloe S.
July 30, 2026
My daughter tends to sleep with her cheek completely pressed into her pillow. I really like how airy this one feels. It seems much more breathable than a regular pillow.
Madison K.
June 30, 2026
We bought it while completely redoing our son’s bedroom. Out of everything we bought for his new room, this is probably the thing he uses the most without even thinking about it.
Sophie L.
August 30, 2026
My son is extremely picky about textures, so the cover was my biggest concern. No issues at all. He thought it felt soft from the first night and has never asked me to put another pillowcase over it.
Natalie G.
May 18, 2026
My daughter used to slide so far down during the night that her head would sometimes end up directly on the mattress. It still happens occasionally, of course, but much less since she started using this pillow.
Amanda J.
August 26, 2026
I waited a full month before leaving a review because I wanted to see whether the initial excitement would last. She still sleeps on it every night and the pillow looks almost exactly like it did on day one.
Andrew H.
August 22, 2026
My son tried it and simply said, “It’s comfortable.” Not exactly the most detailed review in the world from a 7-year-old, but I guess that’s exactly what you want to hear 😅
Jason M.
June 13, 2026
I especially like that her head doesn’t seem to disappear into the pillow. There’s enough support without that overly soft, oversized cushion feeling.
Rebecca F.
July 15, 2026
My daughter always had two small pillows in her bed because she could never seem to get comfortable with just one. Since getting Kidream, the other two have officially become pillows for her stuffed animals.
Katie N.
June 25, 2026
We bought it for our 10-year-old because his previous pillow had become completely flat in the middle. After several weeks of use, this one still returns to its original shape every morning.
Jason M.
May 7, 2026
Small detail, but I really like the cover. It doesn’t make that slightly “plasticky” sound when my child moves his head that some breathable materials seem to make.
Samantha E.
August 18, 2026
My daughter is the kind of kid who flips her pillow ten times before falling asleep. She still does that, so Kidream hasn’t changed her personality 😂 But she says it’s much more comfortable than her old one.
Chris D.
June 28, 2026
I had honestly never thought much about pillow height for a child before finding Kidream. Once it arrived, the difference compared with the regular pillow we were using was pretty obvious.
Brittany A.
August 2, 2026
My son loves reading in bed before going to sleep, and he uses Kidream both while lying down with his book and when he actually goes to sleep afterward. He doesn’t want me to change his pillow anymore.
Nicole V.
July 11, 2026
It’s not a “miracle” product, and that’s actually what I appreciate about it. It’s simply a well-designed pillow, properly sized for a child, comfortable, and my kid sleeps well on it. That’s enough for me.
Jennifer P.
June 17, 2026
My daughter is quite sensitive to heat and normally flips her pillow over constantly looking for the cool side. I’ve noticed her doing that much less with this one.
Brandon S.
July 19, 2026
I was a little skeptical about the shape when I saw the photos online. In person it’s much more subtle than I expected, and once my son puts his head on it, the different support areas make a lot more sense.
Allison K.
May 27, 2026
Kidream has been part of our bedtime routine for several weeks now, and my son doesn’t even notice that it’s a “different” kind of pillow anymore. To me, that’s probably the best sign. It has simply become his pillow.
